Once a tracking number is provided, FACNAK'D is no longer responsible for the order. Any delays, damages, lost, or stolen packages must be resolved through the carrier (USPS).
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, within 3–5 business days (excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays).
After processing, orders are shipped via USPS and may take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive.
Expect possible delays during peak seasons or holidays due to high order volumes.
We do not ship or process orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
